2021 - 2022 Mite Season



Welcome to the 2021-22 Mite Season Registration with GYHA!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from GYHA.

Program Summary

2021-2022 Season to Include:

Twice a week practices on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning September 8th

4 Home Games

3 Home Jamborees

Number of Visitor Games/Jamborees are based on invites received.

Program focus is for Birth Years  2013 and 2014.2015
Birth Year 2016 is limited by space and evaluation


Cost $800.00

or 5 Payments

(1 at Registration and the remaining scheduled in Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec on the 8th of each month)


*Game Jerseys are Not Included with Registration

Jersey Fees are $70.00 if your child requires them.

Socks will be included again this season


USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2020-2021 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Birth Certificates

USA Hockey also requires submission of a birth certificate for new players that have not already submitted one.  

Certificates will be collected by the GYHA Registrar for submission to USA Hockey.
